If you have rented any videos, Current rentals is the first category in the My Videos screen. A list of currently
rented videos and Recently Watched videos are displayed.
When a rental expires, it is deleted automatically from the list.
2. Use the arrow buttons on your remote control to select the video in the list. Then, press the OK button.
3. On the Program info screen for the selection, select Watch, and then press the OK button.
If you paused or stopped the video before it was finished, the video resumes at the stopping point.
To restart the video from the beginning, press the STOP button, select Start over from the Stopped screen,
and then press the OK button.
Note: If the video is locked by parental locking, and it has been more than 4 hours since you last unlocked it,
the Lock screen appears. To unlock the video, press OK, enter your parental PIN, select Unlock this Program,
and then press OK.
To play a video in a rented package, do this:
1. Select the package in the Current Rentals screen, and then press the OK button.
2. Select the video you want to play, and then press the OK button.
3. Select Play, and then press the OK button.
Controlling Videos
Use the play, pause, rewind, and fast-forward buttons on your remote control to:
• Freezethevideo,pressPAUSE.
Resume playing the video from the point where you paused it, press PLAY.
• Stopthevideo,pressSTOP.
Start playing the video from the point where you stopped it, Resume icon.
• Rewindorfast-forwardthroughthevideo,pressREW or FF.
There are three speeds for rewind and fast-forward. Press REW or FF one, two, or three times to use fast, faster,
or fastest speed.
Press PLAY to resume playing at normal speed.
• Skipforward30seconds,pressSKIP.
• Gobackwardinshortsegments(about7seconds),pressREPLAY.
Note: There are different results for some of the buttons depending on which button was pressed previously.
Stopping and Restarting Rented Videos
When a rented video finishes playing, the Video Summary screen is displayed. You can also stop the video before
it finishes.
You can watch the video again at any time during the rental period. The rental period is typically 24 hours, but can
vary. You can watch the video again from the beginning or from where you stopped.
