Task 2: Adding a Dial Plan Search Rule

A VCS Dial Plan Search Rule will identify when calls should be routed to the DMA Neighbor

Zone.

To add a dial plan search rule:

1 From the VCS web administration pages, select VCS Configuration > Dial plan > Search

rules.

2 Click New to create a new Search rule.
