CONFIGURING the SERVER

STEP 1 VERIFY BASE SKU

Verify the product ID (PID) of the base server as shown in Table 2.

The C460-BASE-2646 base server:

■ Includes:

— Two 850 W power supplies

— Four empty memory riser boards (2-CPU systems) or 8 empty memory riser boards

(8-CPU systems)

— Blanking panels for empty drive locations (to maintain cooling air flow)

— Tool-less rail kit

— Cable management arm

■ Does not include CPUs, hard disk drives (HDDs), solid-state Drives (SSDs), or plug-in PCIe

cards.
