How Do I Manage User Security?
8.3.4.13 Configuring Cisco MGM Security Parameters
Use the Security Properties pane to configure Cisco MGM security parameters and password complexity
rules. You can also specify usernames and passwords.
Note Passwords that are already in the system are not affected by modification(s) to the password complexity
rules. The password complexity rules are checked when:
• A privileged user adds a new user to the system
• A privileged user modifies an existing user’s password
• A user changes his or her own existing password
Step 1 In the Domain Explorer window, choose Administration > Control Panel.
Step 2 Click Security Properties and set the parameters described in Table 8-16.
Step 3 Click Save.
