4. The security network key screen displays if a passphrase is required to access the wireless network.

A passphrase, if selected to use, is set during router configuration.

If no passphrase is required, this screen does not display. Continue to the next step.

In the Network key and Confirm Network key fields, type the passphrase, if necessary, entered

during router configuration and click Connect. Windows remembers your entries. The next time it is

necessary to reconnect to your network, you will only need to click Connect.

5. Windows displays a connection status screen while establishing connection to the selected network.

6. Once connection is made, Windows displays a successful connection message and in a few

moments closes the status screen.

7. Close the Wireless Network Connection dialog box.
