Figure 5-30 shows a UPSR subtending from a BLSR. In this example, Node 3 is the only node serving
both the BLSR and UPSR. OC-N cards in Slots 5 and 12 serve the BLSR, and OC-N cards in Slots 6 and
13 serve the UPSR.
